For parents

From playing games to making them.

If your child loves Roblox, Studsmith turns that into real skills: planning, problem solving, logic and design. They describe a game, watch it get built step by step, and learn how it works along the way.

Real learning, not just output

Every change comes with a plain-language explanation and a short "what you learned". Built-in lessons teach Roblox Studio one step at a time.

Spending you control

There is no card on the free tier. Paid plans are a fixed monthly price with a set number of credits. When credits run out, building pauses; nothing is charged by surprise.

No strangers

Studsmith is a tool on your computer, not a social network. There is no chat with other users and no public profile.

Follows the Roblox rules

The assistant is built to follow the Roblox Community Standards and will not make content that breaks them.

Their work is theirs

Games are ordinary files on your computer that your child owns. They can publish to Roblox from Studio when you both decide to.

Made for first-timers

Beginner mode keeps the code tucked away, uses simple words and always says exactly what to press next.

01

What they actually do

Choose a kind of game and a look, then ask for changes in their own words: "make the lava rise", "add a pet that follows me". They see a plan, watch it happen, then test it in Roblox Studio.

Questions

Good to know

What age is it for?

Accounts are for people 13 and older. Younger children can use Studsmith with a parent or guardian who creates and manages the account.

Does it cost anything to try?

No. Every account starts with 50 free credits and no card. Starter games are created without using any credits.

Can my child spend money by accident?

No. Only the account holder can choose a plan, and plans have a fixed monthly price. Credits never roll into extra charges.

Does it need a powerful computer?

If the computer runs Roblox Studio, it runs Studsmith. Windows and Mac are supported.

What about uploads to Roblox?

Trying your own images and sounds needs no upload. Publishing them to Roblox is a separate, deliberate step that uses the account holder’s own Roblox account and goes through Roblox moderation.
